On January 29 KST, Kang Kyung Joon appointed a lawyer and submitted a power of attorney for litigation regarding the alleged adultery case to the court.

This legal action comes in response to a lawsuit for damages worth 50 million won filed by the husband of 'Woman A', who was suspected of being involved with Kang Kyung Joon.
