Unlike the previous seasons, which depicted running a store in Korea, "Unexpected Business" follows the story of operating a Korean store in the United States.

You cant satisfy everyone. The earlier episodes show they worked hard and barely chat with people and they complained lack of interaction in this season. They worked hard also but they dont show and skip it cause its their 3rd season and we have been shown how their work for 2 previous season.. That why they give more time and screen time to the guests as part time to show their work and interaction..
They always skip or show a bit work done by the 2 owners. CTH manage the store and worker while handling their dealers and products. JIS manage the kitchen when they need to prepare and cook for customers and their workers. There 2 roles in this show with CTH and JIS are the owners while others is part timers in this show. They also skip the night work where they work together to prepare the ingredients for the kimbap.
