On the '2023 MBC Music Festival: The Record of Dreams' broadcasted on December 31 last year, (G)I-DLE presented a stage that perfectly showcased various genres from hip-hop to ballad to K-pop.
Soyeon, the main rapper of the group, was the first member to take the stage that day. She collaborated with the hip-hop duo Dynamic Duo. Soyeon made an entrance rapping a reworked part of 'Smoke,' displaying her clear diction and top-notch rap skills, dominating the stage.
Additionally, Miyeon remade Fin.K.L's 'White' with Paul Kim. Dressed in a pure white outfit, as if walking onto a snow-covered stage, Miyeon captivated from the start with her fairy-like visuals.
Shortly after, all the members of (G)I-DLE came together to perform 'Queencard,' a track that created a sensation throughout 2023.
Dressed in costumes that showcased their diverse charms, (G)I-DLE impressed with stable live vocals and a splendid performance, offering a fantastic show that was a treat for both eyes and ears.
Furthermore, during a pre-New Year's countdown interview, Yuqi of (G)I-DLE warmed fans' hearts by saying, “We spent 2023 just like 'Queencard,' and I think it's all thanks to NEVERLAND and (G)I-DLE.”
(G)I-DLE is preparing for a comeback with the release of their second full album in January.
