BTS Jimin is continuing to make history as his latest single reached the top of iTunes charts in 100 countries!

After the release of Jimin's solo digital single, which serves as a gift for his fans in time for the holiday season after enlisting for mandatory military service, "Closer Than This" immediately rose to the top of the iTunes charts in various countries across the globe, signaling another successful solo release of the artist!

Just around a day after its release on December 22, the song has now hit No. 1 in a total of 100 countries, including the United States, Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, and more.

With this, Jimin has become the first and only K-Pop solo act to reach No. 1 in 100 countries with 7 different songs, following "Angel Pt.1," "Like Crazy," "Set Me Free Pt.2," "Vibe," "With You," and "Filter."

Congratulations to Jimin!
