I doubt its real tbh, even tho its well made - but there is a part hiding under her pants so I doubt it was made during that photoshot. They would not let fabric touch the wound - and there would also be a little more blood. But since they smear ink over her body and you can see the hand of the tattooist they try to make it seem as if it wasinked just now. So its a little bit too much posing for me and thats whay I doubt its real in general.
But if its real, its definitely well done!
