Following the earlier news regarding the cancellation of GreatGuys' world tour that was scheduled to be held between November 12 to 19, the group's agency DNA Entertainment released a statement of apology, apologizing to their fans for this disappointment.
In the statement of apology, the agency's CEO Lee Jae Sung conveys his sincere apology towards fans who have looked forward to this world tour, and assured fans who have purchased tickets that they are actively seeking for a way to process their refunds. The CEO calls for ONK Entertainment who was the organizer in charge of this tour to process prompt refunds, while DNA Entertainment has promised fans that they will let fans know about the refund process within 2 to 3 days.
In addition to that, it is also said that some of their staff have already arrived in Denver and are unable to return due to complications that were not specified.
