Big Bang's G-Dragon, who was booked on suspicion of drug use, has received a negative result in a preliminary drug test.
On the 6th, G-Dragon voluntarily appeared at the Nonhyeon Police Station in Incheon to undergo his first police investigation regarding the drug use allegations. After a four-hour-long questioning, when asked by reporters about the results of the preliminary drug test, G-Dragon stated, "It came out negative."
G-Dragon was officially booked on drug-related charges under the Narcotics Control Act on October 25. He has consistently denied the allegations, stating, "I have never used drugs," and voluntarily attended the police investigation while pledging to cooperate fully and provide any related materials.
During his appearance at the police station, when questioned if he admitted to the drug use allegations, G-Dragon replied, "I have not been involved in any drug-related crimes. I came here to clarify that. I will undergo the investigation and come out soon."
Regarding the controversy about his visits to a Gangnam entertainment establishment, he responded, "We'll have to wait and see," and regarding the statements made by an establishment manager A, who alleged that G-Dragon received free drugs, and the suspicion involving a doctor B who allegedly supplied drugs for free, G-Dragon stated, "They are not related."
He even found the composure to reassure his fans, saying, "Don't worry too much; I'll undergo the investigation and return."
