BABYMONSTER's 'BATTER UP' reaches #1 on iTunes in 20 countries

On November 27, KST, YG Entertainment's new girl group in 7 years, BABYMONSTER, made their long-awaited debut with the single "BATTER UP." After its global release, the single landed on iTunes charts in multiple regions across the globe.

The debut track ranked No. 1 on iTunes' top songs charts in a total of 21 countries, including Argentina, Cambodia, Chile, Indonesia, Malaysia, Peru, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, and more, as of writing.

And this is why YG has no incentive to change or do anything creative, and why they just copy/paste the same concept on multiple groups. Brainwashed company stans will automatically buy and stream anything YG shovels out, no matter how lackluster or repetitive it is.
