Kim Shin-young asked Wheein about their long-awaited reunion, saying, "Do you still feel shy?" Wheein responded, "It seems to be getting worse. Nowadays, even when I'm with people I meet for the first time, my hands get sweaty, and it has reached this point."
Kim Shin-young emphasized the importance of meeting new people, to which Wheein agreed, saying, "These days, I haven't been meeting many new people."
Wheein also revealed that she has been thinking a lot about her future lately. She expressed, "As my years accumulate, I want to do this job that I love and excel in it for a long time. However, the more I desire to do well, the more worries seem to increase. The desire to continue doing well dominates, and it comes with a lot of concerns."
Meanwhile, Wheein released her first full-length album titled "In The Mood" on October 12th. The album "In The Mood" is a follow-up to her second mini-album "WHEE" released in January last year, continuing the narrative of her "Wheein" identity as part of a two-part series.
I'm glad she's able to express herself through her music. This latest album is so good! Of course I wish her success in overcoming her social anxieties as well -- it's just nice to know she has a creative outlet, in the meantime.
