As per the reports, the disturbing incident occurred on the evening of October 26 at around 6:30 PM KST. The accused stalker allegedly followed V into an elevator at his residential building with the intention of handing him a marriage certificate. There's reason to believe that the woman had been loitering outside the premises, patiently awaiting the arrival of V's vehicle. Upon its arrival, she reportedly tailed the vehicle into the residence's parking lot.
