TWICE is continuing to prove their popularity in the United States!
"I Can't Stop Me" has officially received Gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
According to the recent announcement made on the official RIAA website, "I Can't Stop Me," the lead single off of TWICE's second full album, 'Eyes Wide Open' originally released on October 26, 2020, has obtained the Gold certification. With this achievement, TWICE now holds its second Gold certification, with their first Gold certification being for their English single "The Feels" released in November last year. RIAA certifies songs and albums in the United States based on sales numbers, with Gold (500,000 or more), Platinum (1 million or more), Multi-Platinum (2 million or more), and Diamond (10 million or more) distinctions.
Meanwhile, "I Can't Stop Me" has accumulated over 400 million streams on Spotify, and the music video recently surpassed 500 million views on YouTube.
One of my personal favorite Twice songs. Congrats Girls! 🤍
