It was previously reported that FIFTY FIFTY's Keena withdrew her lawsuit against her agency ATTRAKT. CEO Jeon Hong Jun stated, "I met with Kina yesterday. She apologized in tears. For her part, she wasn't feeling good either."

On October 17 KST, CEO Jeon revealed that he had visited ATTRAKT on October 16 KST, the very day that Keena rescinded her appeal against the dismissal of her application for a temporary injunction linked to her exclusive contract suspension. This legal action had taken place in the Civil Division 25-2 of the Seoul High Court.

CEO Jeon expressed his concern for Keena: “Keena is genuinely weary. One can hardly fathom the emotional turmoil she’s been through. She was tearful during our meeting, apologizing to me and thanking me for having the courage to confront this situation, though she admitted it had taken her some time to do so."

As for Keena's upcoming professional commitments, CEO Jeon emphasized that their focus right now isn't placed on those matters: "The priority should be on taking some time for self-reflection. Keena is fully aware of her mistakes.”

Assuring the press of ATTRAKT’s dedication to Keena’s well-being, CEO Jeon elaborated, "We, at ATTRAKT, will naturally accept Keena's return. However, given her current state of exhaustion, further discussions will need to wait until she has had a few days rest at least.”

In line with this, CEO Jeon voiced his concern for Keena, pointing out her long history with the company and her lifelong dream of becoming a singer, an ambition that had resulted in several years of exhausting training. He also reiterated that there were numerous issues to resolve and that the pressing need was for Keena to rest and reflect.

It had previously been revealed by the court that FIFTY FIFTY member, Kina, transitioned her legal representation from Barun Law to Shinwon Law. She proceeded to withdraw her appeal against the dismissal of the application for a temporary injunction related to her exclusive contract suspension. This action brought the lawsuit involving ATTRAKT to a close.

However, the remaining three members are still aligned with Barun Law and their relationship with ATTRAKT remains tumultuous.
