The remaining three members of FIFTY FIFTY continue to be unrelenting in their battle against ATTRAKT.

On October 18, the three girls uploaded additional statements on their Instagram account, claiming that ATTRAKT failed to be transparent.

In the latest post, the girls laid out the alleged abnormal settlement structure used by ATTRAKT. FIFTY FIFTY members are continuing to claim that debt from another company established by CEO Jun was unfairly distributed to the girl group.

The girls claimed, "All of FIFTY FIFTY's sound source and physical album revenues are being used to repay the advance debt of a different corporate entity, Company S. In reality, FIFTY FIFTY's music and album revenue is not going directly to the agency. In fact, the revenue has never gone into the agency."

Additionally, the three girls stated that they were unaware of this advance payment structure and explained, "The members of FIFTY FIFTY had agreed to their status as trainees (contractual rights and obligations) being transferred from Company S to the current agency. This agreement only consents to transferring the trainee's status (rights, obligations) to the company."

Nevertheless, the public still has not changed their opinions and commented on FIFTY FIFTY's Instagram post, "As I read, they seem more like a company accountant than a member of a singing group. I guess their next job will be an accountant rather than a singer," "What exactly do these idols want to be involved within the company?" and "I mean, weren't you originally part of Star Crew Ent and ATTRAKT was created for your activities?
