Potential excitement is building as questions mount over whether BLACKPINK's Jisoo will make an appearance in the upcoming movie, 'Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint'.

On October 24 KST, a representative from YG Entertainment, revealed, "BLACKPINK's Jisoo has been approached with an offer to feature in the 'Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint'. She is currently reviewing the proposal."

'Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint' is a film adaptation of a popular web novel with the same title. The plot follows the main character, Kim Dok Ja, who suddenly finds himself in a world that has morphed according to the narrative of the novel he had been reading. His objective becomes to restore the world to its original state.

If Jisoo accepts the offer, she is likely to portray the character Lee Ji Hye, a colleague of Yoo Jung Hyuk. Yoo Jung Hyuk becomes a pivotal character who, along with Kim Dok Ja, strives to revert the world back to normal, bearing the weight of the transformed narrative driven by the novel they have read. Previous reports have suggested that actors Lee Min Ho and Ahn Hyo Seop are possibly being considered for the roles of Yoo Jung Hyuk and Kim Dok Ja respectively.
