Jungkook and BLACKPINK win 'Song of Summer' and 'Group of the Year' at the VMAs

The MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs), continue to captivate audiences as K-pop fans wait to see if any other of their favorite K-pop acts will take home a prize.
The next award categories in line, graced by the presence of K-pop, were the 'Song of Summer' and the 'Group of the Year'.
The 'Song of Summer' category was fiercely contested, with the award eventually being clinched by BTS's Jungkook (and Latto)with his infectious hit, "Seven".
There was jubilation among K-pop enthusiasts as BLACKPINK, one of the industry's leading groups, emerged victorious in the 'Group of the Year' category.
Heartfelt congratulations are in order for both Jungkook and BLACKPINK for their incredible achievements at the VMAs.
