Former Block B member Park Kyung compensated singer Lim Jae Hyun 30 million won (~$22,632 USD) for publicly accusing Lim Jae Hyun of committing 'Sajaegi' or music chart manipulation.

According to one exclusive media outlet, the Seoul Eastern District Court ruled in favor of the plaintiff and stated, "The defendant (Park Kyung) should compensate the plaintiff (Lim Jae Hyun) 30 million won in the lawsuit filed by Lim Jae Hyun on the 18th of last month." The court further stated, "The defendant has expressed that he feels apologetic for not carefully checking the facts on whether the plaintiff truly did commit music chart manipulation, and the defendant must pay compensation for causing the plaintiff mental distress." 

It has been confirmed that Park Kyung has fulfilled his payment of 30 million won to Lim Jae Hyun. Back in 2019, Park Kyung caused a stir in the music industry after publicly calling out the name of artists who he believed committed music fraud by manipulating the charts. In his tweet that gained a lot of attention, Park Kyung had written, "I'd like to 'sajaegi' just like Vibe, Song Ha Yea, Lim Jae Hyun, Jeon Sang Keun, Jang Deok Cheol, Hwang In Wook ^^"
