It seems EXO's Baekhyun, Chen, and Xiumin will ultimately be leaving SM Entertainment.

On August 9, YouTuber Lee Jin Ho uploaded a video covering the story of Baekhyun establishing his own agency and about the three members ultimately leaving SM Entertainment.

Lee Jin Ho shared, "The 'Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin' incident occurred in May. As a result, discussions with SM Entertainment went well. To give a conclusion, it is true. The three idols and SM Entertainment have decided to part ways."

He added, "The important thing here is that Baekhyun started a new company and SM agreed. If it is an entertainment company, it will be hard to promote under SM Entertainment. But through investigation, it was revealed that Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin will each leave SM Entertainment and will join the company Baekhyun established."

Lee Jin Ho continued, "Chen will leave SM in September, Xiumin in October, and Baekhyun will leave in January of next year to join the company that he has founded. It is said that this aspect has been concluded after discussions with SM. In fact, if the three idols leave SM, they will be able to focus on individual activities. But, it is revealed that the three of them have agreed that they will be giving EXO promotions as a top priority. In the long run, EXO's promotions are expected to be maintained."

The YouTuber also touched upon the news of Baekhyun settling into the luxurious LANUVO villa in UN Village.

Regarding this news, Lee Jin Ho shared, "First, Baekhyun planned to move into another villa that he had bought when his lease with Seoul Trimage ended. However, the villa he planned to move into didn't complete construction. So he tried to renew the lease with Seoul Trimage but he failed. So he had no choice but to move to LANUVO Villa."  

The YouTuber continued, "The interesting thing is the LANUVO Villa is more expensive than Trimage in Seongsu-dong. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that Baekhyun had received significant assistance from CEO Cha Ga Won. This crucial support played a decisive role in enabling Baekhyun to secure the luxury villa."

Lee Jin Ho also added that Baekhyun moved into LANUVO Villa in Hannam with the purpose of using the space as both a living area and an office area for his agency.

CEO Cha Ga Won is an investor in Big Planet Made Entertainment, where MC Mong belongs. And the recent findings raised suspicions that CEO Cha invested in Baekhyun's company.

However, Lee Jin Ho denied that CEO Cha gave financial help to Baekhyun for his agency.

Lee Jin Ho explained, "MC Mong and Baekhyun are very close. To the point that Baekhyun will go to MC Mong for advice. It is true that Baekhyun went to MC Mong to seek advice when he was facing difficulties with SM Entertainment. During that process, MC Mong went to CEO Cha for counseling. It is said that the three individuals became close like family."
