The '2023 World Scout Jamboree' is postponing their 'K-Pop Super Live' concert.
According to the organization, the concert, which was intended to be part of the event's cultural exchange day, has been postponed from August 6 to August 11, and the original concert lineup will likely be changing per the new date due to a change in production teams. The organizing committee inevitably changed the venue and date of the concert due to the ongoing heat wave causing heat-related health issues and compromising safety. The concert will now be held on the same day as the event's closing ceremony, and two new venues are being considered.
Meanwhile, the originally scheduled concert was to be MCed by actor Jang Dong Yoon and STAYC members Sieun and Seeun. The concert lineup consisted of IVE, ZEROBASEONE, NMIXX, STAYC, P1Harmony, &TEAM, VERIVERY, Lee Chae Yeon, Nature, ATBO, and Xikers. As the 'World Scout Jamboree' is being attended by about 30,000 people from around the world, it was considered a huge highlight of the event.
Allkpop- your article is half true. This is already a world wide news and the UK media already covered it extensively. It was not only the heat that make the Brits to pull their scouts out first BUT the sanitory conditions were awful as well. The Brits, left, followed by US and other european countries.
