Actor Kim Woo Bin mourned the passing of his fan.

On August 27th, Kim Woo Bin updated his Instagram with a heartfelt post mourning the passing of his fan. He shared the fan's letter addressed to him in the post. In the caption, he wrote, 

"Bright and cheerful Ji Won. I finally realized you always had a long and hard trip after I went to see you for the last goodbye. 

My heart aches so much because it was not long ago that you came to see me, smiling and asking my regards. Ji Won, I won't think of this as a permanent goodbye. I hope you're always smiling, healthy, and happy there so that when we meet again, we'll take lots of pictures together and catch up on what we've missed. 
Please stay tuned as I'll do my best in the new projects that you've been looking forward to. I'm so grateful that you're my fan. 

Let's meet again." 

According to the late fan's sister, Kim Woo Bin not only sent flowers to the funeral but he personally paid a visit to mourn the passing of the fan. She thanked the actor, "The flowers you sent were already comforting, but it was even greater comfort to our family that you came to visit the funeral in person. Our family really felt reassured. Now that my sister got to see you, who she loved every day, for the one last time, she will be able to leave without any regret. Thank you so much for coming a long way and sending off my sister despite your busy schedule. I wish you all the best in the future and hope that every project you do goes well and you stay happy. Thank you so much for being there for my sister's last days."
