Since last year, there have been rumors floating that BTS' Jimin is dating actress Song Da Eun, who received recognition after appearing on the reality dating show 'Heart Signal 2.'

The rumors started last year when netizens and a few fans accused the actress of sharing 'couple' items and also being in the same location as Jimin. 

These netizens claimed that the BTS member and the actress met through mutual friends such as Lee Soo Ji and Ji Se Ho.

Although the rumors have not been addressed by either side, Song Da Eun has been constantly asked by fans whether she is dating Jimin or not. When the dating rumors surfaced, a few online users would log on to Song Da Eun's Instagram live to ask if she was dating BTS' Jimin.

Every time, the actress responded by denying the rumors and stating that she didn't even know Jimin personally. Nevertheless, there have been people who are constantly claiming otherwise.

Recently, one fan took it upon themself to debunk the dating rumors and prove that the evidence provided is not credible.

The netizen listed the various photos and pieces of evidence used to claim that Jimin and Song Da Eun are dating.

The netizen created an online community post and explained, "Plates: are different. The plate that Song Da Eun posted on her Instagram story has a line on the edge. The one Jimin posted on Weverse doesn't have a line." They added, "The pot: same Fissler product of different size (common product). This is a brand the other members use as well."

The netizen also explained the differences in the pot stand. The netizen explained, "The pot stand: is also a very common product. The pattern is different." Not only that, the netizen pointed out that the marble countertop is also a very common product that is used often in various homes.

The poster also pointed out that the sofas are different products using different materials. The netizen wrote, "The sofa that Song Da Eun posted on her Instagram story is dark and shiny. The pillar is on the right had side (left of the screen). Jimin's sofa is a bright grey with a matt material. The pillar is on the left side of the sofa (right of the screen)."

The poster also proved that the earring the two were seen wearing are from different brands. The netizen wrote, "Song Da Eun's earring: Hanna Jewelry. Jimin's earring: Just Lover product." 

As to the 'V-shaped' necklace, the netizen explained that Song Da Eun was seen wearing the necklace since 2018. And Jimin started wearing the 'V-shaped' necklace after he was selected as an ambassador of Louis Vuitton.

In regard to the two celebrities being at the Seoul Worldcup Stadium together, the netizen pointed out that Song Da Eun and Jimin were on opposite ends of the stadium. The netizen explained, "The banner that says 'South Korea will win' are on different sides. Song Da Eun's photo shows the banner on the right side, and from Jimin's seat, the banner was on the left side."

After seeing the latest debunking of the dating rumor evidence, netizens commented, "Akgaes need to stop. I'm so sick of them," "These were all lies and forced. Please leave Jimin alone now," "This proves the evidence is fake," "I never believed in it in the first place," and "They need to leave them alone."
