Kim Taehyung, aka V of BTS, has made his classic SoundCloud songs available on more platforms.
On August 28, Big Hit Music released Taehyung's solo tracks, including ‘Scenery,’ ‘Winter Bear,’ and ‘Snow Flower,’ on streaming services such as Spotify and Apple Music. Prior to this, these three songs had only been accessible on SoundCloud and YouTube.
Additionally, these three songs are now also available on popular South Korean streaming platforms, including Melon, Genie, VIBE, FLO, and Bugs.
This release on streaming platforms precedes V's debut solo album, 'Layover,' by approximately one week, which is scheduled to be released on September 8.
‘Scenery,' Taehyung's first self-composed track, was released in January 2019, followed by ‘Winter Bear’ in August later that year. In December 2020, he collaborated with rapper and close friend Peakboy, releasing ‘Snow Flower.’
The release of these songs on streaming platforms comes about a week ahead of Taehyung’s debut solo album ‘Layover,’ which is scheduled for release on September 8.
Taehyung has already pre-released two B-side tracks from his album, including ‘Rainy Days’ and ‘Love Me Again.’ The album will also contain other tracks such as ‘Blue,’ ‘For Us,’ and the title track ‘Slow Dancing.' The physical albums are currently available for pre-order on stores worldwide.
Timeless songs that deserve so much love and attention. Borahae 💜
