On the July 22 installment of Yoo Jae Suk's YouTube talk show 'Just an Excuse', actor Jo In Sung surprised the nation's MC with his unexpectedly frugal(?) tendencies. 

On this day, actors Jo In Sung, Cha Tae Hyun, and Han Hyo Joo greeted viewers to promote the Disney+ sci-fi action series, 'Moving'. The filming took place at a chic, local cafe, and Jo In Sung displayed his manners soon upon arrival by ordering drinks for Yoo Jae Suk and Cha Tae Hyun. 

While waiting for their drink orders, Yoo Jae Suk commented, "When did In Sung get so handsome?" To this, Cha Tae Hyun remarked soullessly(?), "When has he ever been not handsome." 

Jo In Sung then returned and looked at his receipt, his eyes immediately widening in shock at the price of three drinks. Seeing his reaction, Yoo Jae Suk quickly asked, "Was it that expensive? How much was it?", and took the receipt from Jo In Sung to check the total. After a moment, Yoo Jae Suk gazed at Jo In Sung and observed, "In Sung, you must be tight these days?"

The actor answered half-jokingly(?), "I'm struggling these days." This had Yoo Jae Suk bursting out laughing, as he said, "Hey, hearing you say that is quite... refreshing?" Jo In Sung then added on, again taking on a half-serious(?) tone, "I don't work on very many projects a year."

Soon afterward, Han Hyo Joo also joined up with her fellow guests, and the four stars began chatting about their upcoming projects, as well as what they've been up to lately. Han Hyo Joo then caused shock by revealing that she has been training for a triathlon, after her trainer at a rehabilitation swimming facility suggested it. Here, Jo In Sung pitched in by saying, "I also have bad knees and a bad hip, so I went to receive rehabilitation at a swimming facility as well. The trainer there also suggested that I try out triathlon training, but since I haven't been paid yet, I haven't been able to go back much. But I'll be paid soon, so maybe I'll try it out," causing laughter once again. 

Furthermore, Jo In Sung garnered attention over how he takes care of his meals by going to his parents' house, as they live nearby. He shared, "My family lives next door, and my mother lets me eat one meal at their place. The meal is always at 11:30 am. That is the time that my mother has set for cooking for the family. I have to arrive between 11:30 am - 12 pm if I want to eat. If I arrive afterward, there is no food for me because the food has already been cleaned up."

Yoo Jae Suk and Cha Tae Hyun were impressed by the strict schedule set by Jo In Sung mother, and the actor further explained, "I worked in the kitchen on 'Unexpected Business' so I know very well that preparing and cooking meals and cleaning afterward, it takes all day. You cannot have a life if you do it every single meal for every single mouth."
