Billlie's Tsuki recently opened up about her journey of becoming a singer on the popular TV show 'Amazing Saturday - Doremi Market,' which aired on July 29.
Alongside DinDin and YouTuber Dex, Tsuki made an appearance as a special guest on the show and had the opportunity to share her touching anecdote involving Taeyeon.
During the show, Tsuki revealed that her dream of becoming a singer was sparked after witnessing the performances of her senior group, Girls' Generation, especially their activities in Japan with the song "Genie." At that time, Tsuki was just an elementary school student, but the impact was profound.
Tsuki shared, "I really dreamt of becoming a singer after seeing Girls' Generation's Japan promotion with 'Genie.' I was in elementary school."
Tsuki's admiration for Taeyeon was evident when shared, "I even came to Seoul to see Taeyeon's solo concert. I am so nervous (being next to Taeyeon)."
When Tsuki shared her anecdote with Taeyeon, the seasoned singer responded with "I should've done better," making everyone laugh.
Hailing from Osaka, Japan, Tsuki was born in 2002 and made her way to Korea in 2016, during her second year of middle school, in pursuit of her dream. She spent five years as a trainee at Mystic Story and finally achieved her dream of debuting as a member of Billlie in 2021.
