Singer Kim Jong Kook was livid at the resurgence of rumors surrounding him in LA.

During the recent episode of KBS 2TV's 'Problem Child in House' that aired on May 31, actors Kim Sun Young and Lee Yun Ji appeared as guests.

On this particular day, Kim Jong Kook revealed that he and Kim Sun Young, who is currently 48 years old, were friends. He elaborated, "All my friends my age are actors," mentioning his best friends such as Cha Tae Hyun and Jang Hyuk. In response, Kim Sook joked, "You don't have 'girl' friends, except the one in LA," bringing up his dating rumors in LA.

Unaware that the rumor was said as a joke, Kim Sun Young chuckled and inquired, "Do you have (a girl friend) in LA?" Seizing the opportunity, Song Eun Yi mischievously chimed in, "He has a thousand girlfriends in LA!" 

This lighthearted banter continued as Jung Hyung Don also joined by saying, "He's been seeing someone named Victoria lately," prompting Kim Jong Kook to burst into laughter and retort, "Just stay still (and be quiet)."

Meanwhile, rumors surrounding Kim Jong Kook having a wife and a college son attending UCLA initially stemmed from his best friend, Cha Tae Hyun. During his previous appearance on 'Running Man,' Cha Tae Hyun jokingly started the rumors about Kim Jong Kook dating someone in LA, even going as far as claiming that Kim Jong Kook's alleged college-aged son attends the prestigious UCLA.
