Kim Go Eun and Kim Gun Woo may be in a new drama together.
On June 21, Xportsnews reported that Kim Gun Woo was offered a role in the upcoming new drama 'Eunjoong and Sangyeon' and is positively reviewing the role offer.
'Eunjoong and Sangyeon' tells the love story between Ryu Eun Joong and Cheon Sang Yeon, who used to be best friends in elementary school but grew apart. They meet again after becoming adults as a drama writer and film director, and their story unfolds.
The acclaimed director Cho Young Min, known for his work on 'The Interest of Love' and 'Do You Like Brahms?', is set to collaborate with esteemed scriptwriter Song Hye Jin, the mastermind behind 'The Smile Has Left Your Eyes,' for the upcoming drama project.
Reports suggest that actor Kim Gun Woo is considering the role of Kim Sang Hak, a character who was romantically involved with Ryu Eun Joong in the storyline. Kim Go Eun, on the other hand, has been approached for the part of Ryu Eun Joong and is reportedly positively reviewing the offer.
The role of Kim Sang Hak is an honest and gentle character, presenting a stark contrast to Kim Gun Woo's performance as Son Myeong O in 'The Glory.'
Although he was an *ss in the drama, I was already a fan of him, even before The Glory. I'm happy things are going good for him. I'm praying this drama comes to fruition.
