ATEEZ have successfully wrapped up first-week sales for their 9th mini album, 'The World EP.2 : Outlaw', with a slew of records under their belt.
During its first week of release from June 16 - 22, 'The World EP.2 : Outlaw' sold a total of 1,521,226 copies, a personal best for the boy group. It is also ATEEZ's first million-selling album in first-week sales. Previously, the group's 8th mini album, 'The World EP.1 : Movement', had sold approximately 930,000 copies in the first week.
With 'The World EP.2 : Outlaw', ATEEZ have now become the first K-Pop group from outside of the 'Big 4' agencies to hit over 1.5 million copies in first-week album sales. The mini album takes up #15 on Hanteo chart's highest first-week sales of all time list, bumping down Jimin's 'FACE' which sold approximately 1,454,200 copies in its first week.
The boys of ATEEZ are currently busy with full-fledged promotions for their comeback title track, "Bouncy (K-Hot Chilli Peppers)".
Not them doing this all without big agency privilege. They don’t have proper US distributor too. True organic growth
