During episode 208 of his weekly show "Chan's Room," Stray Kids' leader Bang Chan discussed feeling like a "boomer" due to noticing that some people of the new generation do not consider greeting someone as basic manners. 

Although he did not intend to name any names or cuss anyone out, he did mention having a lack of connection with some individuals, leading fans to speculate that the group he was referring to was IVE, the only group from the Music Bank in Paris lineup that he did not seem to have a connection with. Bang Chan stated, "Everyone else I was close to, the people that I know, the people that I've shared times with, they're all fine. But I guess some people that I don't know, I guess were kinda like that. But maybe that could be the reason why. Because there's no connection."

Bang Chan is known for frequently discussing his friendships with other idols, including ENHYPEN's Jake, with whom he struck up a close friendship in 2022, and AB6IX's Woong and Daehwi, who have remained close with him since their trainee days together. 

In 2022, Bang Chan struck a friendship with fellow Australian Jake, a member of ENHYPEN, and even praised the group for being respectful.

Stray Kids' members have all been friendly with The Boyz since both groups appeared on the show Kingdom, and Bang Chan and Hyunjae have even gone to the movies together.

Mamamoo, as Stray Kids' sunbaes, are not part of the "new generation" that Bang Chan referred to, but nonetheless, Stray Kids have expressed their admiration for the group. 

Finally, NMIXX, a junior group under JYPE, the same company as Stray Kids, are close friends with Bang Chan, who was seen supporting them during their performance in Paris.

Through this process of elimination, fans think it is likely that IVE was the group Bang Chan was referring to, given their lack of apparent connection with him. Nonetheless, it is important to note that this is only speculation, and Bang Chan did not explicitly mention any names.
