It was revealed that INFINITE's Sunggyu has set up a company to hold trademark rights to the names related to INFINITE's activities.
On May 6th, following the reveal of INFINITE's new logo and social media accounts, fans noticed there is a company named 'INFINITE Company' under the group leader Sunggyu's name. The company was set up back on January 19th, and the reports revealed the said company held various trademark rights to the fandom's name, group's name, and title of the concerts.
The trademark reports revealed Suggyu's INFINITE Company held rights to the group name 'INFINITE', the fandom name 'Inspirit', and 2017 concert titles. All these trademarks were issued under Woollim Entertainment but the final right holder is noted as INFINITE Company. This means INFINITE can freely use its group name and fandom name.
Fans are excited to see Sunggyu and members have been working together to come back as a group again. Stay tuned for updates on INFINITE.
