Girl group FIFTY FIFTY is continuing to achieve milestones in the United States!
The latest update on Billboard's 'Hot 100' chart reveals that FIFTY FIFTY's viral song "Cupid" has remained on the chart for its 9th consecutive week, holding firm at No. 18, just down one spot from its previous peak rank of No. 17.
With this, "Cupid" now holds the record for the song by a K-Pop girl group with the most weeks on the chart, a feat previously held by BLACKPINK's "Ice Cream," which spent a total of 8 weeks. Overall, the song now ranks as the 4th longest-charting song by a K-Pop act, just behind the hits like BTS's "Dynamite," Psy's "Gangnam Style," and Jungkook and Charlie Puth's "Left & Right."
Congratulations to FIFTY FIFTY!
Cupid became popular for all the right reasons. And it replaced "Ice Cream", which was popular for all the wrong reasons.
