On March 30th, netizens started talking about which NewJeans member is the face of the group. The original poster cast a question, "IVE has Wonyoung, aespa has Karina, and LE SSERAFIM has Huh Yunjin. Which NewJeans member reminds you of the group? I named Hyein or Haerin but my friend says it's Minji." 

Others chimed in saying: "I think it's Minji given the label is trying to push Minji as the representative member of the group. Of course, all other members are as popular, if not more, but it seemed to me she was the first one that the label revealed and most frequently mentioned in YouTube videos, etc."
