FIFTY FIFTY's viral song "Cupid" spent its 5th consecutive week on Billboard's 'Hot 100'.
On this week's update of the US main single chart 'Hot 100,' the group's "Cupid" rose to No. 50, climbing up 10 spots from its rank of No. 60 last week. It impressively rose 50 spots from its first appearance at No. 100 on the chart within just 5 weeks.
With the song's new peak, FIFTY FIFTY continues to hold the highest-charting rank position for a song by a 4th generation idol group on the chart. Achieving the feat just around 5 months since their official debut has made them the fastest K-Pop group to do so. They also became the only third K-Pop group to score a top 50 entry just after BLACKPINK and BTS.
Additionally, "Cupid" broke into the top 10 of both Billboard's 'Global 200' and 'Global Excl. US' charts. The song also reached a new peak on the 'World Digital Song Sales' chart at No. 3.
Congratulations, FIFTY FIFTY!
I'm happy for them it's always good to see groups from smaller companies do what groups only from big companies normally do.
