Leading up to the release of ELLE Korea's April 2023 issue, various content featuring their cover star BTS's V (Kim Taehyung) have been released, including preview photos, interviews, a fashion film, and photoshoot outtakes. 

The photoshoot is a collaboration with the luxury brand CELINE and features Taehyung showcasing his captivating visuals, seductive charm, and striking masculinity. He displayed a new side of himself that excited fans.

Taehyung also proved his unmatched brand power when he topped major bookstores in South Korea and Japan as soon as pre-orders for his three covers began two weeks ago.

However, the massive demand for Taehyung's covers has led to an unexpected problem. ELLE Korea has shared that shipments for Taehyung's April 2023 issue have to be delayed due to the overwhelming amount of pre-orders they received.

Major K-pop retailers like Ktown4u have also issued apologies for delayed shipments of Taehyung's covers, which were caused by the high volume of orders that their warehouse is struggling to keep up with. This serves as a testament to Taehyung’s selling prowess.

ELLE Korea appears to have underestimated Taehyung's selling power. However, his fans are not surprised as they have seen many products he wears sell out quickly. Despite the delay, Taehyung's fans have expressed their unwavering support and excitement to get their hands on his ELLE Korea issue.
