BTS member Jimin set yet another historical achievement with his solo album!
On April 3, Billboard announced that Jimin's debut solo album 'FACE' landed at number 2 on the U.S. main album chart, Billboard 200, becoming the singer's first-ever solo appearance on the chart.
With over 164,000 units sold (19.51 million on-demand streams and 124,000 pure sales), Jimin officially broke the record for the biggest first-week debut sales in the U.S. of any Korean solo act in Billboard 200 history. The record was previously held by his bandmate RM with 'Indigo.'
Congratulations to Jimin!
Congratulations, Jimin! Face-off is my favorite track on the album, and I've played the whole thing through quite a few times already.
