Former B.A.P member Himchan admitted to all charges in another sexual assault case. Himchan was facing another sexual assault trial in December following the initial sexual assault case, but it was revealed he was investigated by the police for another sexual crime. This is the former idol's third sexual assault case.

Previously in June of 2020, Himchan was indicted for sexually assaulting a woman 'A' at a villa in Namyangju sometime in 2019. Throughout his first trial, Himchan insisted that no force was involved and that all sexual activities took place with mutual consent. He then belatedly admitted to the charges in April of last year during his appeal trial hearing, dedicating a public apology. The courts sentenced Himchan to 10 months in prison and 50 hours of sexual violence education courses.

Then Himchan was prosecuted without detention back on October 25, 2022, for molesting two women in a bar in Hannam-dong on April 17, 2022. He was accused of touching these women inappropriately after the two women reported it to the police.

The women claimed that Himchan took one of the women's phones while they were waiting for their food to arrive. The two women then confronted Himchan on an exterior staircase when Himchan allegedly touched the waist of one of the women. The other woman also claimed that Himchan attempted to touch her chest. 

Then on April 3, it was confirmed that Himchan is being investigated for another sexual assault case. Himchan is suspected of forcibly molesting another woman in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, and is currently under investigation at the Seoul West Police Station. The police plan to send Himchan to prosecution for additional charges this week at the earliest.
