LE SSERAFIM's Japanese debut single has topped Japan's Oricon Chart!
According to the Oricon Chart on February 3, the group's Japanese debut "FEARLESS" recorded over 26,430 copies sold on that day. This ranked the group first on the Daily Singles Chart, making it their sixth time topping the chart with the same single. In particular, the initial sales period (first week sales since its release) which normally records the largest sales volume of a release has already passed, showing LE SSERAFIM's overwhelming popularity.
The debut single's cumulative sales had surpassed 250,000 as of February 4, and excluding LE SSERAFIM, only two other K-pop girl groups have managed to sell more than 250,000 copies for their debut album on the Oricon Chart.
The debut single also ranked first in the Weekly Combined Single Chart, and Weekly Single Chart as of February 6, setting a new record for a debut album by a K-pop girl group in Japan.
Congratulations LE SSERAFIM!
