Han So Hwee's favorite food has garnered attention once again.
A few days ago, an online community post talked about Han So Hwee's favorite food. The post revisited a past interview done by the actress when she shared about her favorite food.
In a video interview with '1st Look,' Han So Hwee shared that her favorite go-to food is Ramyun. At that time, she shared, "I love Ramyun, but it's been 100 days since I ate it...because you gain weight when you eat it. So I think my happy days are gone. I quit (eating) Ramyun."
But recently, the actress was seen posting photos of Ramyun, and fans took notice. They commented, "She must have really loved Ramyun. She recently posted photos of Ramyun," "I feel bad because she can't even eat her favorite foods a lot because she's an actress," and "You can't ever quit (eating) Ramyun. You just hold back until you eat it again."
Many fans are well aware that Han So Hwee loves eating Ramyun. In an interview with 'W Korea' that was released on January 2, Han So Hwee explained that she loves Ramyun so much that she makes sure to eat it on her flight. She explained, "When I get on the plane, I say I don't need a meal but please make me a Ramyun.' Then I go right to sleep."
Meanwhile, Han So Hwee has starred in the upcoming drama 'Gyeongseong Creature' alongside Park Seo Joon.
These kinds of absolutist food restrictions are just silly. Ramyun doesn't make you automatically gain weight. It's not like your intestines go: "oh look, here comes Ramyun, time to turn all of it into fat". You can eat some Ramyun, but it's all about moderation. Just like with all foods. Why deny yourself something you really like? Life is short, enjoy what you like, but in moderation. It's sad to see people who are watching their weight complain about completely cutting away several foods out of their diet and then being miserable about it. Go ahead and eat them. A little bit is not bad if your diet is otherwise diverse and healthy. For example, many people deny themselves chocolate in their attempt to control their weight, despite loving it. I love it too, and I eat it every day. But I only eat one small piece a day. I'm still as thin as I've always been, despite "all" the chocolate I eat.
