OMEGA X's former CEO has spoken out against the members in a recent phone interview.
On December 4, The New York Times released an article containing excerpts from their recent phone interview with CEO Kang Seong Hee, who has been accused of having sexually harassed and physically assaulted the members. In the interview, the CEO denied all accusations and remarked that she "took care of them like a mother."
The CEO further added that Jaehan, who fell at the Los Angeles hotel, "collapsed on his own."
Against cutting ties with OMEGA X, CEO Kang hopes that the members will resume their activities with Spire Entertainment. According to the article, Kang believes that her request for the members to pay the agency's debts is justified and that the members' accusations are part of their plan to move to a bigger agency.
Meanwhile, OMEGA X's Japanese management company has also severed ties with Kang's agency, leading to the issue's escalation ahead of the upcoming court hearing.
Like anyone who saw that video clip of her yelling and humiliating them in public would expected such a person to accept reality. This is going to be a bitter uphill legal battle for boys and I hope they endure it and it does not take too much of a toll on them as they still have career to build up. I am sure they knew how it is going to be, they are smart guys, they just were left without any other choice. Oh irony CEO Kang herself pushed them until the end of the road and she is not even aware of that.
