But this is article is false -- misleading at best. The ranking is not a qualifier of "best" tracks at all! If you click on the link, you can see the criteria Genius used to determine the placements for this chart, and it only has to do with people searching for lyrics.
In other words, those two tracks were simply the most viewed by people looking for lyrics/translations, not that they're somehow better than other tracks on their site, judged either by Genius or anyone else.
