Even before COVID-19, K-Pop idols absolutely love visiting Los Angeles, California. Whenever K-pop idols come to LA for concerts, they'll always be spamming fans with plentiful content, and they seem so happy to be in LA LA LAND. So here's your guide around LA but from K-Pop idols' point-of-view.
Santa Monica

Santa Monica and the pier have to be the most popular spots for K-pop idols when it comes to LA. Almost every idol will have a photo or some content here whenever they're in LA. The most fun thing is that whenever they do visit, they'll take the most date-like photos, and it's a win for us.
Hollywood Boulevard

When people think of LA, people think of Hollywood, and Hollywood Boulevard is one of the most famous attractions yet. So many things to see; The Walk of Fame, TCL Chinese Theatre, The Dolby Theatre, and so much more! Just like everyone else, the idols also get excited to visit this famous street!
Hollywood Sign
Aside from Hollywood Boulevard, the actual Hollywood sign is a must-visit! If Seoul has Namsan Tower as the famous landmark, then LA has the Hollywood sign. One of the most popular things to see whenever you visit the city of angels. You'd be starstruck to see how real they are, and not just something made up in the TVs.
Disneyland

Idols might have gone to Lotte World or Everland countless times for either a personal schedule or to film content, but in LA, they'll be visiting the happiest place on earth, Disneyland. And again, these idols do be taking date-like photos when they do visit, making us feel as if we're on that date with them.
Universal Studios

The other famous theme park in LA, aside from Disneyland, is Universal Studios Hollywood. You'll see idols having the most fun going through The Wizarding World Of Harry Potter and the Minion Mayhem.
IN-N-OUT

One of the most famous eats in LA and the west coast, in general, is IN-N-OUT. Idols absolutely love their "animal-style" burgers! You can see how cute and excited they get whenever they finally get to have a bite of the famous fast food! Stray Kids Seungmin repeatedly told fans to go get IN-N-OUT during their recent concert in LA, and of course, as if their drive-thru wasn't already always so jammed, his suggestion made it even more congested.
Melrose Avenue
We all know that idols love to shop. Especially when they're in a foreign country, and Melrose Avenue is the perfect place for you to do that. If you don't have much money and can't afford to spend unnecessarily, you can always just walk around and take photos! They have their famous "Pink Wall" there too.
Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA)

LACMA is one of the most fun places to take photos at! You can make it your own little photoshoot session there with some friends, and it'll look like it's made for a magazine. It's pretty both day and night, but I would suggest going at night so the lights would look pretty.
Grand Central Market
Smack in the middle of Downtown LA, this little food market has various types of food, making it fun going with a bunch of friends and just share all the different food. If you haven't tried it yet, they have fried cactus sold there as well. Trust me; it's not as weird as it sounds.
Just... the beach

LA has so many fun beaches other than Santa Monica. There's Venice beach, Malibu beach, Long beach, and so many others to choose from. Any beach in LA would be fun for you to enjoy. You can also write your bias' or ult group's name on the sand while you're there too.
I think another thing that makes LA popular for many Korean groups is that many have relatives or friends of their families living in the LA area that they may link up with, and that if American food gets to be a bit much, there is a vibrant Korean restaurant community in LA where you can get something that reminds you of home.
