The elegance of the classic European repertoire with the musical "DRACULA" returns to Korea after three years under the production of Global Contests Co., Ltd. The musical is scheduled to premiere on November 15th at the Woori Financial Art Hall in Olympic Park (Seoul).

The musical is based on Bram Stoker's novel published in 1897, that premiered in 1995 in the Czech Republic. It is a representative work of a European musical that mobilized more than 10,000 spectators. Unlike the Broadway musical, "DRACULA" is a very lyrical play and the story of a man of misfortune who was punished with death. The emotional and lyrical music depicting the love of Dracula and Adriana, the powerful choreography and dynamic crusade numbers, plus the ensemble of blood angels that received rave reviews from the audience, were presented in 2000 and 2006.

The role of Dracula will be given to Shin Sung-woo, an actor with unprecedented and overwhelming charisma who says he is a musical of life and shows special affection for his work and will once again take on the role of Dracula. In addition, Ahn Jae-Wook, a luxurious actor who believes and looks with a solid acting and singing ability in all genres, also Jeong Dong-ha, who is called the king of life with an attractive voice, and Tei, who is currently perfectly positioned as a musical actor of 'Prince of ballad.'

In the role of 'Dumitru' who is the faithful servant that has been together with 'Dracula' for 400 years and shares a deep friendship: Kim Jinhwan, the main vocalist and lead dancer of the boy group iKON is said to be the all-rounder of idols and took on his first musical challenge will take on the role of 'Dumitru'. Yoo Seung-woo, known to the world as a 'music genius' by appearing in OST Prince that aired last year, ranked fifth in the list of national singers. Lee Byung-chan is considered as the prince of ballads of the next generation for his growth, and the leader and vocalist of 'DKZ' Kim Jonghyeongwho has a clear and pure voice tone.

Also in the role of 'Van Helsing' who creates tension when facing Dracula, will be actor Kim Beop-Rae who adds weight to the drama with his solid skills, actor Lee Kun-Myung with his acting warmth, and musical actor Kim Jun-Hyun who is active in various works and leaves a strong impression.

The role of Adriana, Dracula's wife, will be played by Kim Sun-Ah, who participated in 'The Three Musketeers' and 'Iron Mask' and Jeong Myung-eun, the musical actress of 'Jekyll and Hyde' and 'Sherlock Holmes.' In addition to Yeo-Eun, who showed her unique singing ability by appearing as Lorraine in 'Lizzie,' and Lee Yun-ha, who was evaluated as a talented rookie in 'Hope.' Lee So-Jeong, who successfully debuted on the musical stage in 'Lizzie,' will also appear.

The creative team teamed up once again to fuse the classic and unique sensibility of European musicals and the lyrical sensibility that domestic audiences can relate to.
