Restaurant A has denied giving Shinhwa's Hyesung keys to an allegedly stolen car.

As previously reported, Hyesung was arrested after being found sleeping in an allegedly stolen vehicle and refusing a breathalyzer test. His label Liveworks Company later confirmed the Shinhwa member had been driving under the influence, and he began driving home after receiving a set of keys from the restaurant's valet parking attendant.

However, according to reports on October 11, the restaurant in question has denied ever providing Hyesung with a vehicle key. Restaurant 'A' further claimed he just drove away with a key that wasn't for his car and that the allegedly stolen vehicle and his own car were completely different. It's also alleged valet staff were not even working on site at the time Hyesung left. 'A' has already submitted the relevant CCTV footage to police.

Though Hyesung and his label have admitted to the DUI charges, he's now under suspicion of making false statements. The police also plan to investigate how Hyesung got into the allegedly stolen vehicle.
