Where are the boys from Trainee A headed to?

On an online community forum, netizens discussed the unclear direction of Big Hit Music's male group of trainees, collectively known as Trainee A. As reported earlier this year, netizens expressed doubts toward the group regarding their national identity and a member leaving the project. 

In the post, the uploader wrote: 

"Looks like they gave the trainees some vacation time, and the foreign members are back in their hometowns. (Trainee A's) ace member Leo has left the group lol and more members are leaving. I thought they were going to debut as a group by the end of this year but looks like HYBE did not like it/them. 

They were supposed to choose members on par with BTS and TXT, but the group is like a foreign group except for Jo Woo Chan, so I don't know how would it attract enough attention...

They promoted them a lot but, except for the cover dances, the attention has gone down. If they were planning on making a group with a hip-hop concept then they should also secure those with visuals as well as producing abilities. 

HYBE needs to wake up. The label's groups like BTS, TXT, ENHYPEN, and NewJeans are headed into a strange direction as well even with the best of concepts. HYBE is now holding auditions for an even younger group of people, so Bang Si Hyuk needs to reset everything properly...

This combination just won't sell. I just feel bad for Jo Woo Chan."

"Seriously...there are just way too many foreigners in the group"
"I personally stopped liking them when they were using weird marketing tactics in the states with flyers... it was a disservice to BTS's history (of having also done that)"
