With just over two months remaining in 2022, people have already begun preparations for the new year. A new year is always exciting, but what's even more exciting is that it's a new age, and it's even more special because some people will be hitting a new decade in their life! This is just a reminder that Korean age works a little differently and that people automatically become one year older once the calendar hits January 1. However, the rule for this "Korean age" is set to be abolished soon due to too much confusion and inconsistency.
