BTS member Jin's first solo single has topped the iTunes charts in over 100 countries!

After the release of Jin's solo song, "The Astronaut" immediately rose to the top of iTunes charts in various countries across the globe, signaling his successful solo release!

Two days after its release, the song has now hit No. 1 in a total of 100 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, France, Germany, Singapore, Thailand, and more.

In addition, the song maintained its top spot on the worldwide and European iTunes song charts for a third consecutive day. 

Jin's "The Astronaut" has become the fourth song by a K-Pop act to achieve this milestone in 2022; following Jungkook's "Stay Alive," Charlie Puth and Jungkook's "Left and Right," and Ha Sung Woon and Jimin's "With You."

Meanwhile, "The Astronaut" is a pop rock track that combines a calm acoustic guitar with synth sounds, completed by Jin's sweet vocals. In particular, the track really enhances Jin's unique, refreshing and dreamy atmosphere, drawing attention.
