Chaeryeong recently talked about ITZY's concept.

In the new episode of 'Radio Star' that aired on September 7, Chaeryeong appeared as a special guest. When it was her turn to talk, Chaeryeong expressed how nervous she was after finding out that she was cast to appear on the talk show.

Chaeryeong shared that she didn't have much talent but showed off her unique skills at the request of the MCs. Chaeryeong showed off that she was able to move her eyebrows freely and that her lips should stretch far.

Chaeryeong also shared that ITZY's concept was very different from the one she had imagined a girl group would be like. Chaeryeong explained, "I dreamed of becoming a girl group member, but the image I have when I think of a girl group is Girls' Generation. When I became part of ITZY, I was asked to make playful facial expressions while singing lyrics like 'You need to tone it down. Cause you look like you're trouble.'  And I wasn't able to do it."

Chaeryeong made everyone laugh when she continued to say, "I'm still fighting against myself."
