SHINee member Key continues to prove his global presence with his latest album.
Released on August 30, Key's second full-length album 'Gasoline' debuted straight at #1 on the worldwide iTunes album chart, his second album to do so, and the European iTunes album chart. Further, 'Gasoline' ranked first in a total of 23 regions across the globe, including Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Greece, Hong Kong, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Taiwan. It also peaked at #2 on the US iTunes album chart.
In other news, Key was also successful in setting a new personal record in first-day album sales, with his latest album accumulating nearly 30,000 copies sold on its first day.
Meanwhile, Key's solo album 'Gasoline' contains 11 songs with a wide range of charms, including the addictive hip-hop dance genre title song "Gasoline," which combines colorful and magnificent brass sounds, offensive drum sounds, and concise and addictive chants, and the lyrics, in which Key participated, are likened to gasoline's explosive firepower.
