According to rumors circulating on Twitter, actor Lee Jung Jae is rumored to be in talks with Marvel Studios.
The rumors traced back to a post by Marvel Crave on July 19, spurring on guesses as to what character Lee Jung Jae might play in an MCU project.
So far, neither Lee Jung Jae's side nor Marvel's has spoken up regarding the rumors.
Meanwhile, veteran actor Lee Jung Jae gained global fame after starring in the Netflix original series 'Squid Game' in 2021. In Korea, he is well-known for projects like 'The Thieves' (2012), 'New World' (2012), 'The Face Reader' (2013), 'Assassination' (2015), etc.

Not surprised his popularity sky rocked after Squid Game. He is also really good actor. Also Marvel is literally desperate right now for diversity cause they have a lot going on, and Hollywood big names are still mostly white. It was a matter of time that they would start cast more asian actors and korea have some really good ones.
