A sexual molestation case filed against former B.A.P member Himchan (30) by two female individuals has been forwarded to prosecution.
On July 13, Seoul's Yongsan Police Station confirmed that Himchan's sexual molestation case was forward to prosecution on July 8. After investigating the case from multiple sides, including hearing the testimonies of both sides and revisiting CCTV footage, police advised that the prosecution "indict" Himchan for sexual molestation.
Earlier this year on April 17, two female individuals sued Himchan after claiming that the former idol had attempted to molest them on the exterior staircase of a business establishment in Yongsan-gu, Hannam-dong.
Meanwhile, Himchan is currently involved in a lawsuit for sexually assaulting a woman in her twenties at a luxury vacation lodge in July of 2018. During the initial trial of this case, the court ruled that Himchan was guilty of sexual assault, and sentenced him to 10 months in prison, plus 40 hours of sexual education courses.
