On July 26, a press conference for the director, producer, and writer for the popular drama series 'Extraordinary Attorney Woo' was held at the Stanford Hotel in Mapo-gu, Seoul. During this event, director Yoo In Sik revealed the real reason he cast Park Eun Bin and the reason he waited for a year for the actress to finish filming her other works.
He revealed that there was no alternative to Park Eun Bin or any actress he thought could replace her. Director Yoo explained, "There weren't many actors who could play the character of Woo Young Woo." He continued to explain that there was no candidate he had in mind and stated, "If Park Eun Bin turned down the role, I thought that this project would be too difficult without her."
The director praised Park Eun Bin by saying, "The role is not an easy one; Even Park Eun Bin felt burdened but there was no alternative choice I had in mind. So, I had to wait, and I did wait. She is doing so well...once again, (I want to say) 'Park Eun Bin forever.'"
Meanwhile, 'Extraordinary Attorney Woo' follows the story of Woo Young Woo, a lawyer with an autism spectrum disorder. She faces the world in her own way while teaching the viewers to view the world from a different perspective.
