The actress who was stabbed by her husband has been revealed to have called police twice before the attack.

On June 15, reports revealed the actress had first called police on June 13 at 11:43PM KST to ask them to remove her husband from her home. The couple were not living together, and though she was not physically harmed at first, there seemed to have been a dispute. The husband then attempted to forcefully enter her home in the early hours of June 14, and the actress called police once again. However, he was gone before they arrived.

After the police were gone, the husband threatened to harm himself, and he's reported to have stabbed himself in the leg, which a passerby reported to the police. After receiving treatment at a hospital, the husband returned to the actress' home and waited for her to take her daughter to school. Upon seeing her, he stabbed her several times.

The actress is reported to have received non-life threatening wounds, and the husband is facing attempted murder charges while recovering from his own injuries at the hospital.
